CLO Winebar in Columbus Circle. Interesting concept. The projected wine list is interesting, the user interface is a bit fiddly. It seems natural to touch the bar top to control it, but that doesn't work. Whatever technology that is tracks your fingers is pretty cool, but it is a bit jerky. Requires practice to use.
They do have 100 wines by the glass which is great, however, they only do a 4 oz pour. I would be nice to be able to select a 2 oz pour also so you can do more tasting.
The modern layout is clean and good looking, but not super comfortable.
We were talking and a similar set up with comfortable lounge chairs and a tabletop menu that is touch sensitive would be great. I can see this being a great user interface and can't wait to see technology continue to evolve.
The Longer is the excuse, the less likely it's the truth.
