Memories of Akron
Upgraded my Iphone 3GS to OS4. Broke the internet access for two days. AT&T was less than helpful. Apple meanwhile kept following up with me and trying to help. Problem has been fixed. I believe AT&T created a software patch on their network.
My thoughts - AT&T knew that OS4 was coming out and I am sure they had plenty of time to test it out. So, their regression testing was not very good. Their customer service is meager, as we all expect. Apple is staffed with people who care about what they are doing. Guess that is why Apple is worth more.
