Casco Bay is a large crystal from cold waters

Black Salt
Has sulfur...good in curries they say

Celtic Salt
Grey, moist, mineral laden taste

Fleur de sel
Briny, mineral taste

Hawaiian Red Sea Salt
Has volcanic clay added to make it red

Himalayan Sea Salt
From the Himalayan Sea.  It's unusually white.

Maldon Sea Salt
From England.  Has astringent bite, use with fatty fish like tuna and salmon.

Smoked Salt
Don't get the artificially flavored ones.
