Wasted another year

The Maryland legislature has delayed, at least for another year, the idea of direct shipping of wine in Marlyand.  I am frequently saddened by the conservative, backward facing laws that my current state possess.  Thankfully Virginia and DC are close and I have good friends willing to play booze runners.
